 What's  Happening in the Market???

Indicators are good for a busy spring market.  Affordability in New Jersey is at an all time high due to lower mortgage rates and lower home prices too. Rentals are getting expensive so most often it is better to purchase a home. The number of sales in January exceeded the surge last year when there was a tax credit.  NJ private sector job  creation in 2012 is off to a good start.  Unsold inventory is the lowest in 4 years.  Contract sales are up 2% in Essex County with an inventory down 5%. Contract sales are up 3% with unsold inventory down 1%.
