 What's  Happening in the Montville Market???

The real estate market is in recovery mode.  This is evident when you look to see how many homes are on the market. When the market was not doing well there were 200 properties on the market in Montville.  Today there are 97 properties available.  The breakdown in price categories is: 13 homes listed from $199,000 to $300,000; 33 homes listed from $300,000 to $500,000; 24 homes listed from $500,000 to $700,000; 11 homes listed from $700,000 to $900,000; 6 homes listed from $900,000 to $1,000,000 and 10 homes listed from $1,000,000 to $3,800,000.  Yes we do have one home listed for $3,800,000.  Any takers???  There are 31 homes currently under contract.  They range in price from a condo listed at $205,000 to a luxury home listed at $1,695,000.  Montville had 208 closed homes in 2012.   The highest sale in Montville was on Windsor Dr.  That home sold for $2,075,000.  I find statistics interesting.  If you would like additional statistics or have questions about the market, send me an e mail at trudysarver@remax.net.
